I would suggest you to work out a sleep diary. Recordthe things you do before going to sleep, something like exercise, heavy dinner, playtime with kids, intimacy, etc. Mark the activities as productive and counter productive. This will help you set a pattern of activities which help you sleep. Besides all this get away from electronic gadgets, heavy work and stressful activities at least one hour before you go to bed.
Green tea, body massage or luke warm bath will help you have a peaceful sleep.
