If the depression is not one of high level ( in this case youay need specilist and treatment) you can try alternative solutions like meet positive people and socialiaze as much as you can, try to change the way you think by meditation, mindfullness, thinking to beautiful things in your life and solution to improve the negative ones to became better. You can do sport like yoga, pilates or even dance. Do what you like - feel free to express yourself by creating something, adopt a pet, help others, dress colorful and eat healthy. Avoid negative people and situations as much as you can and if your work is stressful try to find another which keeps you calm. Try to be happy as you have only one life to live, even if we all are sourrounded by problems and hardships, be strong and fight with your own thinking and mood.
